Dr. Chrysostome Gody laid the foundation together with businessman Thilemans Raymond and his wife Josée Couwet of the organisation in the very poor Central African Republic. Gody is a children's doctor and tries to help the children's hospital "Centre pediatrique de Bangui" out of the slum. Therefore he's collecting supplies such as medicine, instruments and children's clothing. There exist a Division in Antwerpen of the organisation witch is named "Helping and Development Projects Association" witch runs on volunteers. The prime advantage of the low scale organisation is that the simple structure, makes fast actions possible. On top of that is the Central African Republic a "forgotten country" for humanitarian aid. The course of the supplies is easy to trace. Interested people can follow the volunteers of the organisation on their website.For transportation got the organisation the support of Air France, witch allows Ray Thilemans to carry free extra freight on every business flight he makes to the Central African Republic.HDP Association calls out to every physician in and around Antwerpen to donate free medicine samples or old chirurgical or medical materials. Large size supplies such, as beds are for the time being a problem due to the high transportation costs. The volunteers have the support of the official Central African Authorities

Dr. Gody Chrysostome is the head of intensive care at the children's hospital "Centre Pediatrique de Bangui". To solve the shortage of medicines and medical material, after the war, Dr. Gody the outside world for help, which was answered by businessman Thilemans Raymond who is regularly in the African country. Together they decided to found the organisation with the main purpose to revaluation society.
